Bedlington Terriers manager Andy Ferrell admitted that the squad is “down to the bare bones” ahead of the busy schedule that sees his side play three games in six days.

The 31-year-old also stated his desire to get one over on their rivals on Bank Holiday Monday and that the three fixtures coming up are ones that they should be picking up points from. (more…)

Bedlington Terriers suffered their first defeat under new manager Andy Ferrell as they were put to the sword in the final 20 minutes against Newbiggin at Ashington College.

Despite calling off their pre-season friendly against Heaton Stannington for the ‘Match for Margaret’, Bedlington Terriers manager Andy Ferrell claimed it was a “great” to be part of the day.

Former Sheffield Wednesday youngster Adam Harvey has put pen to paper this past week and has re-signed for the forthcoming season with Bedlington Terriers.

Bedlington Terriers manager Andy Ferrell will begin his first pre-season as a football manager and he has dubbed the opening games as “important” for getting players match fit again.

The Terriers face Red House Farm on Tuesday July 7, after being brought back 24 hours, and then they travel to Ashington to face the Colliers four days later on July 11.  (more…)

First Day of Pre-Season Begins Strongly

Bedlington Terriers were back for their first session of pre-season training on Saturday, June 27 and manager Andy Ferrell believes it went “very well” as a good number of new faces joining in.
