The board of directors of Darlington Football Club are delighted to announce a new signing for next season, as well as the signatures of several current players on new contracts.

Quakers have signed 28 year old right winger Rob Youhill from Harrogate RA. Rob is an ex Harrogate RA team mate of Nathan Cartman, and has also played in the USA and represented Great Britain in the World University Games.

Manager Martin Gray said; “Rob is very quick, has great quality, and was a provider of a lot of Nathan Cartman’s goals at Harrogate RA. He will be a useful addition to our squad.”

The club is also pleased to announce that player of the year Tom Portas has signed a new long term contract, while Liam hatch, David Dowson and Gary Brown have also signed new deals.

We would like to welcome Rob to the club
